AMS version 3.0.3 is officially complete!
New and existing CMS sites will be scheduled to upgrade to this version on Saturday, January 11, 2020. Minimal downtime is expected.
Changes for v3.0.3:
- Administration
- Drops
- Added optional settings to limit # of drops within x seconds
- Drop Limit Until Approval Required – Set the number of drops someone can perform unless they have the unlimiteddrops permission. Set to 0 to disable this feature
- Drop Limit Reset Time in Seconds – Set to the number of seconds until the drop limit count resets for that user. 0 disables the drop limit feature.
- To allow users to drop more members, go to CMS Management -> Users -> Find and click/tap on the user and set appropriate drops allowed/minutes allowed to temporarily allow the user to drop more members
- To allow unlimited drops, simply enable the ‘unlimited drops’ permission either for a user group or for a user

- Require Drop Reason – Added option to require drop reason when dropping a memberDrop reasons can be customized upon enabling the setting

- CMS Users (CMS Account Needed):
- Added ability for CMS Users to connect/link their discord account to CMS to be able to interact with CMS via the discord bot.
- cmsaccess – Approve/Deny CMS User Accounts
- cmsregister – Links Discord Account to CMS User Account
- cmsverifypending <@discordname> approve or deny – Approve/Deny Discord Account Verification to CMS gamertag
- Added ability for CMS Users to connect/link their discord account to CMS to be able to interact with CMS via the discord bot.
- Discord Users
- Configure in CMS which roles can access specific bot commands
- bgcheck <gamertag> – Searches Xbox gamertag and friend’s list for names on CMS’s lists
- cmsstats – Gets Community Stats from CMS
- cmsverify <gamertag> <network> Network = xbox,playstation,steam,pc, or mobile. Default: xbox – Verify/Link Discord Account to CMS gamertag. Example: !cmsverify ai miagi v xbox
- xboxinfo <gamertag> – Gets Xbox Information (Gamerscore/xuid) for a gamertag
- Configure in CMS which roles can access specific bot commands
- Logs
- Searching by username is now possible when viewing logs
- Search Page
- Search now searches for gamertag, discord name, and lists
- Created group permission to allow/disallow groups/members from using the search feature
- Clicking a gamertag result will display a profile modal that contains additional information about that member
- Added ability to update/change member fields such as updating the gamertag, discord name, rank, add notes, etc if the user has access to edit that member
- Clicking/tapping on ‘Go to squad’ will redirect your browser to the member’s squad page if the user has access to the squad
- Skills/Trainings
- Will no longer display if the community does not configure any skills or trainings
- Squad Page
- Added a quick jump menu at the top of the page to quickly jump to specific sections of the squad page
- Added a return to top page button to quickly return to the top of the page
- Added option to view dropped members profile
- Added discord name next to gamertag under the squad members list
- Transfer Page
- Added ‘select all’ option to select all members for the mass transfer tool
- Unblock Accounts
- New feature to unlock/unblock blocked logins has been added to Administration -> Blocked Access menu
- Users Page
- Improved users page by converting to data tables that allow sorting/filtering
- Users with the new permission ‘User Permissions Bulk Actions’ will be able to bulk select suspend/unsuspend user accounts
- Xbox API
- Added option to enable/disable xbox friends’ scanning if an xbox account is connected to CMS
- Miscellaneous
- Error/warning alerts have been replaced by modals on all pages
- Daily xbox gamertag valid checks now perform and validate in batches for quicker and more efficient valid checks
