Billing FAQ

For new customers we offer a 30-Day Money Back Refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of service. After 30 days, you will fall under existing/continuing customers.

Existing/continuing customers that wish to cancel can do so at any time and will receive a prorated refund for the remaining days of the subscription. 

Submit a support ticket to request a refund. See our refund policy for the type of refund you are eligible for.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to My Account -> Subscriptions, view the subscription that you want to cancel and then use the cancel button.


AWI’s Community Management System is a web-based system that requires JavaScript to be enabled on the end-user’s browser. As long as your browser supports and has JavaScript enabled, you should be able to utilize the system.

If you have an existing “CMS” and can obtain a copy of your members either in a SQL, CSV, text, or even excel file, we can assist in importing your existing members. Simply open a support ticket and attach your member file.
